We’ll pick you up at your hotel from 04:30 – 05:00 am. We will transport you in one of the company vehicles for 2 hours along a path where we will cross small villages and communities like Izcuchaca, Limatambo and Mollepata, where we will have a nutritious breakfast in a restaurant. This will be the last point where you can buy the last things you need before we start the trek.

Later on, we will pass by vehicle through a trail to the starting point of the walk in Soraypampa (4000 mt). Soraypampa is a beautiful and a perfect place where those who begin the journey to Machu Picchu can camp. The road begins with a prolonged ascent of 2 hours approx. through the vegetation and a narrow path between the dark hills, following colorful landscapes over the Limatambo Valley.

When we arrive at the lagoon, we will have a prudent time to appreciate the Humantay and Salkantay snowy mountains, with a spectacular sunset when we return to the beginning of the walk to board the transportation that will take us to Mollepata, place where we will have lunch. On the route to Cusco we will make a short visit to the Tarahuasi Archaeological Complex and the beautiful valley of Limatambo. Arrival in Cusco at 17:00 hrs approx.
