Upon your arrival at Cusco airport, we will take you to the hotel of your choice, where you will enjoy some coca tea. You will have the rest of the morning free to become acclimatized. In the afternoon, we will visit the Cathedral of Cusco, Koricancha (the Temple of the Sun), Sacsayhuaman fortress, Kenko amphitheater and the water sources in Tambomachay. We will also enjoy a panoramic view of Puca Pucara red fortress. 

Your journey through the "Sacred Valley of the Incas" begins! We will visit the town of Pisaq, where we will see the trade of local products, as well as the traditional crafts fair. You will have time to buy some products. After having lunch in a tourist restaurant in the valley, we will continue through the Urubamba river banks. We will marvel at some beautiful landscapes until our arrival at the military fortress of Ollantaytambo, we will visit its Sun Temple (built out of six gigantic granite monoliths). Accommodations for the night at the hotel of your choice in the Sacred Valley.

At the agreed time, we will take you to the train station to begin our journey towards Machu Picchu, one of the seven wonders of the modern world. Once in Aguas Calientes, we will take the bus (30 minutes) up to the historic sanctuary of Machu Picchu. We will have a guided tour through the main enclosures of the urban and agricultural areas and then we will return by bus to Aguas Calientes to have lunch. Accommodations for the night in Aguas Calientes or at Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge.

Breakfast is included in the hotel accommodation. You will have the morning free for your personal activities. At the agreed time, we will take the train back to Cusco. Upon arrival at Ollantaytambo or Cusco train station, we will transfer you to the hotel of your choice.

At the agreed time, we will take you to the airport so that you can board your plane.
