We will leave the hotel at 08:00 a.m. on a tourist bus and head to the city of El Alto, where we will take the highway towards Tiwanaku, 72 km away. Once there, we will see some lithic vestiges of the now extinct Aymara civilization, older than the Incas, such as the Akapana Pyramid, the Benneth Monolith, the Semiunderground Temple, Kalasasaya and the Gate of the Sun. We will make a brief stop at Laja, where La Paz was founded. We will enjoy a beautiful view of the Andes range from the "apacheta". Then we will return to La Paz. This tour includes: Transportation on a tourist bus, entrance fees, lunch and a bilingual guide.
